Dear Mr. Gape,

We are sending this letter to you to express what we feel about one of your agents,

Patrick Carley. We

We met Patrick in January 2007 on the Isles of Capri. On his day off he saw us pulling a

flyer out of the info box at 418 Panay Ave. At that time the sales price was out of our

range but it looked interesting so he offered to make arrangements for us to see the house.

We did look at the house, loved it, but since it was more than we wanted to spend we

dismissed the idea. We were looking to purchase a second home to spend the winter

months in. Patrick got to know us understood what we liked and wanted in a home and

kept in contact with us. We came back to Florida in February and July to continue our

search, always getting together with Patrick. At home in New York, Patrick was in

contact with us often via email or telephone to update us on what was available. We

looked at many houses with him and he always made us feel that he was looking out in

our best interest. He is very professional, always follows through on finding the answer

to our questions, and is very honest about pointing out the advantages and disadvantages

a certain home style may have. He never once made us feel that he was just trying to sell

us a house. He really seems to genuinely care about his clients.

Well, as luck would have it, the price of 418 Panay Ave. was reduced a few times since

we first saw

With the last price reduction we felt it was time to make an offer. We did and we were

successful in getting it at a price that we felt comfortable with, furniture included, all with

Patrick's help.

We are looking forward to spending many years enjoying our winter months on the Isles

of Capri. We also look forward to a continuing friendship with Patrick Carley.
